The white dress features large multi-color (purple, green, yellow, red, purple, aqua, & blue) polka dots with a multi-color striped sash around the waistline. A beautiful balloons, bow, & ribbons applique adorn the waist with the words 'BIRTHDAY GIRL'. The same striped sash ties in the back with 3 buttons. Fully lined with multi-color striped fabric at the hem. A matching kerchief (hat) is included.
