The National Art Center, Tokyo | Kashiwa Sato
Kashiwa Sato, one of Japan's leading creative directors, has gained renown internationally with his innovative approaches to visual identity / corporate identity planning and brand strategies. The largest ever solo exhibition "KASHIWA SATO," introducing the broad spectrum of his career over the past 30 years, is held from Feb 3 to May 10, 2021 at the National Art Center, Tokyo.
Keith Haring
A key figure in New York's East Village scene in the late 1970s and 80s, American artist Keith Haring's artwork populated not only art galleries, but also the city's subways, streets, and sidewalks. His work often combined an iconographic vocabulary, including hearts, flying saucers, winged figures, and a crawling "radiant baby", with abstract marks and patterning.
