These tango pants are high waisted and hit the top of the thigh, with ruffles starting at the hip. Waist to hip is gathered sateen fabric, with two bands of elastic. Available in XS, S, M, L, XL, and XXL. Can be worn by children and adults, kid through plus sizes.
